 I loved how Bernard ID'd my daughter with a moving arrow over her head, and to describe each highlighted clip, he 

gave a scene title. In some of the clips he would freeze frame the scene to emphasize what my daughter was see or 

doing. In my daughter highlighting process, because we live in another state our conversations were either by

text or phone call, and with that, Bernard was quick to reply, very clear with communication, direct with completion time frame, and
